• Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with notice, subject to any outstanding payments for services rendered.

• Madrigal Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or fails to pay for services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Montana.
